1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is the owner/manager of the “My Sweet Home in the Dolomites” holiday apartments, Val di Fiemme (Trentino, Italy), who can be contacted at mysweethomeinthedolomites@gmail.com.
2. What are cookies

4. Third-party services and content
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): used to display fonts. It does not set cookies, but in order to load the fonts the browser sends the user’s IP address to Google. Google Privacy Policy.
- Elementor Ally (cdn.elementor.com): accessibility widget loaded from Elementor’s CDN, which receives the IP address in order to deliver the required files.
- WuBook (booking engine), WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram: the Website only contains simple links. No cookies from these platforms are set until the user clicks the link and visits the respective website, which applies its own policy.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can review or change your cookie choices at any time by clicking Your privacy choices (this link is also available at the bottom of every page).
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking technical cookies may affect some features of the Website (for example, remembering your language).
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing, by writing to mysweethomeinthedolomites@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
